A simple yet powerful model

Effective transition requires that an individual successfully pass through three stages: 1) endings; 2) an in-between neutral zone; and 3) new beginnings. People universally go through these stages but often at different speeds. By providing you with the appropriate coaching you will be in a better position to go through change in more positive and self-assured manner and to confidently shape your professional career the way you want it.
