Change is universal – transition is personal

I created TRANZITION Consulting Services after working nearly 30 years in various senior corporate positions. Like everyone, I have witnessed the impact of change from both a personal and professional perspective and came to the conclusion that while change is inevitable the way we deal with it can either accelerate organizational growth, or hinder it. I have witnessed so many “Change Management Plans” that fell short of expectations as a result of not taking into account the people side of change, or their transition through change.

From that point on, I decided to embrace one mission: enhance the capabilities and competencies of organizations in effectively managing transitions - the people side of change.
